Lead a room
Forty people, three rounds, and the timing, heat and music all yours to call. You leave able to run the hour on your own.

Understand why it works
What heat and cold do to a body, why the order matters, and how to say it to a guest without sounding like a textbook.

Make it your own
The structure is fixed and everything inside it is not. Your music, your scent, your voice. Regulars come back for the facilitator as much as the class.

Common questions
No. Most facilitators come from yoga, breathwork, massage, coaching, hospitality or music. The method is what we teach; presence and care for people are what we cannot.
Nothing. Comparable certifications run $600 to $2,000. We train our own crew, so the course is free and you are paid for every session you lead once you are certified.
No. Facilitating is shift work and you pick the shifts you lead. Plenty of the crew teach or train elsewhere as well.
As many as you want, within reason, and as few as one class a week. You tell us the shifts you can take and we build the schedule around the crew, not the other way round.
No. You are on your feet in a hot room for 75 minutes and working a towel above your head for part of it, so it is physical, but every round is yours to pace. Tell us about anything that affects heat or exertion and we will talk it through.
