Online video library covering the full curriculum. Watch it, revisit it, take notes. The trainers are a text away whenever you have a question.

Practice & immerse

Come to Icebreak sessions, feel the room, watch the craft up close. Pair off with a trainer and start working on towel technique, infusion handling, music choice. The fun part.

Lead your first session

When you feel ready, we’ll bring you in. A casual “show us what you know” (not a scary exam). Then your first real session with guests. You’re an Icebreak Sauna Master.

Questions & answers

Do I need sauna experience?

No. We’ll teach you everything from heat physics to towel work. What you need is curiosity, presence, and a real love for people and heat. If you’ve tried saunagus before and felt something, that spark is all we need.

Is the training really free?

Yes. Sauna Master certifications around the US typically cost $600–$2,000. Ours is free for our founding cohort. We’re investing in the people who’ll help build this with us.

How long does it take?

As long as it takes. Some move quickly, some take their time. You set the pace. The online lectures are self-paced, in-person practice happens as you’re ready, and you lead your first session when both you and the team feel it’s time.

How does pay work?

Training is free. Once you’re leading sessions, you’re paid better than competitive rates. Specifics are shared directly with applicants. We believe in our people and want to make this real work, not a hobby.

Where will training happen?

Online video lectures from anywhere. In-person practice and your certification session happen at Icebreak in Denver. If you’re Denver-based, perfect. If you’re close, we’ll figure out the logistics together.
