Common Questions

How does the credit system work?

1 credit = 1 session, regardless of type. Use a credit for a guided saunagus ($35 value), open sauna ($27 value), or training session ($15 value) — always 1 credit. You can also pay cash/card per session without credits.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel 12+ hours before for a full credit refund. 2–12 hours before for an account credit. Less than 2 hours or no-show — credit forfeited.

Is the first session really free?

Yes. No credit card required. Book any guided session and experience the full 75-minute ritual on us.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Pause for up to 30 days per year, rate stays locked. Cancel anytime with no fees — remaining credits stay active until your billing cycle ends.

Are session packs shareable?

Yes. Share with friends and family. Pack credits expire 12 months from purchase. Memberships are individual.

What's a buddy pass?

14x members get 2 buddy passes per month. Bring anyone — same friend or different people. Each buddy can come free up to 3 times total, then they need their own session.

Do unused membership credits roll over?

No. Membership credits are monthly. Use the pause feature if you'll miss a month. Pack credits last 12 months.

What should I bring?

Swimsuit and a towel. We provide free water and lockers. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
